How is the Stadion managed account service paid for?
Stadion's fees are deducted directly from participant accounts at the end of each calendar quarter. For example, if a participant is in our QDIA service and has $10,000 in their account, the fee calculation would look like this: March 31 closing balance: $10,000; Annual fee rate: 0.75% or $75 annually; Quarterly amount to be deducted from account: $18.75. Confirmation statements are sent from your plan provider when the fees are withdrawn.

Can I start or stop your management anytime I want?
Yes, you may begin using Stadion's QDIA service at any time after your employer has authorized the use of the program. You may also stop any time you wish simply by notifying us of your desire to do so. Please keep in mind, however, that because our management is based on long-term investing philosophies, it is our sincere desire that you allow the program to work for you over time.
What is an Exchange-Traded Fund?
An exchange-traded fund (or ETF) is a bundle of stocks, often mirroring stock indexes, market sectors, industries, or overseas economies. Since first appearing in 1993, ETFs have been an attractive investment vehicle for money managers and their clients because of their low costs, tax efficiency and stock-like features. Think of them as having the value benefits of a mutual fund but the ability to be traded like a stock.
Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Investments are subject to risk, and any of Stadion's investment strategies may lose money. Investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor's portfolio may be worth more or less than their original investment. The investment strategy presented is not appropriate for every investor and individual clients should review with their financial advisors the terms and conditions and risk involved with specific products or services. Stadion's actively managed portfolios may underperform during bull markets.
